Always difficult to send a short message and contact number im3 another 3 comments

As a faithful user of im3 card I sometimes get annoyed really. Every hour break (hours 18:00 to 21:00) is always difficult to send a short message and contact number im3 another. Very annoying.
Actually I quite understand why this happened. The use of mobile phones the most is when the hours of rest. And this will cause some messages collided in the air. Like the way that its size will still be passed by many cars trying to pass this road. Resulting in congestion. And in my experience, when I send a message to the eight hours it will go through to the recipient at 23:00 o’clock. is not this annoying?
Im3 my expectations as a loyal user since I use the phone as a means to connect with friends of my friends are:
- IM3 further improve service to customers. This will further enhance the love of IM3 to INDOSAT as one dealer GSM operators in Indonesia. If you can smoothly telkomsel IM3 why not?
- More provides a bonus to the customer. Like SMS longer and costs more cheaper telfon more affordable. Thus will increase the number of subscribers.
